A classic that needs no introduction, the archival Stan Smith has been reinterpreted on a number of occasions. Recently the half-century-old silhouette rooted itself further in minimalist aesthetics while exploring the versatility of the iconic design.
Removing its all-leather upper in favor of a clad-suede construction, the model retains its sleek shape and perforated mid-foot 3-Stripes. Underfoot, a progressive makeover takes hold as the sole unit flips out its cup sole for rubber foxing tape. Drowning the textured solution below in a neutral cream tone, crisp “Core White” accents dress the stitched accents and logos centered within the upper’s sea of “Dark Blue”.
Currently available overseas in Europe, in the meantime enjoy official imagery of the adidas Stan Smith CS “Dark Blue” while we await news regarding a stateside release and further colorways.
