Amidst the retro of his Air Zoom Generation and an expanded slate of Witness 7s, LeBron James’ on-court catalog with The Swoosh has only been improved by the lively color blockings strewn across the Nike LeBron 2o. Recently the double-stacked Zoom Air cushioned silhouette combined its boastful color blocking with blueprint-like aesthetics.
Based on the digitized markings and the appearance of an all-new insole logo, the latest grade school-exclusive LeBron 20 seemingly joins the recently previewed Ja 1 “Mandarin Orange†for the beginnings of an undisclosed collection of youth-sized basketball footwear. Here, The King’s 20th signature cures its engineered mesh upper in a gloomy shade of “Night Maroon†while jet-black accents ascertain the nubuck tongue and flat nylon laces. Elsewhere, the quarter, undermost Swoosh, medial side mudguard and front half of the midsole achieve a vibrant watermelon-reminiscent accent that injects a titular grandeur amongst the wine-red upper. Providing further clarity, the exterior Check, speckled midsole, heel tab, semi-translucent tread and full-length cross stitching take a dip in a complimentary faded jade tint.
The Nike LeBron 20 “Night Maroon†is scheduled to release on August 12th for a retail price of $160. In the meantime enjoy a detailed look at the pair below.
For more basketball-ready footwear from the Beaverton brand, the Jordan Luka 2 “Space Hunter†will release on July 11th.
