The process was seamless although I was skeptical in the beginning. I received my product open from the manufacturer, but sealed with a Sneaker Burger sticker. I've been waiting over a year for ps5 prices to be at a viable range and was very satisfied with Sneaker Burger's marketplace and verification practices. The small fee Sneaker Burger charges to use them as a middle-man service is well worth the verification if you're not running bots and/or spending most of your time on backchannels waiting for drops & announcements.
