They really paid attention and made sure everything was in order. Got my product as described and in good time.

Honestly there is only 1 reason why I didn't give a 5 star.
1. I'm an old school shoe head and would like the option to SPEAK to a CSR to fix or address my issue.
However the time of the response to my issue through email was still impressive and even the follow up is appreciated. I know there are A LOT of guys like myself, over 40 and still in the sneaker game, so having a "VIP" option like I mentioned would sale.

With this being my first time shopping with Sneaker Burger , things went extremely well and they kept me updating about what all was going on with my package and so forth . I would recommend them for any type of shoe shopping solely because of their A tier costumer service .
