I ordered a Christmas gift on Sneaker Burger for the first time . I ordered on Dec 12th, but then it showed that the estimated delivery time is dec 21 to dec 29. I was disappointed. If it would deliver after Christmas, it would not be good for us. And it seems difficult to find a customer service number I can call to get the exact date of the delivery. But then I received continuous updates on the stages from Sneaker Burger via email, and when it was shipped out with DHL, I received update from DHL directly. I am so happy that I received the purchase on Dec23, before Christmas Eve. Our Christmas is saved! Thank you , Sneaker Burger!
