I have great confidence in receiving UA merchandise thru this company. As far as customer service, the queue can be very lengthy. I’ve been as far back as being 70 and when I was finally next up, it was 9pm and no one responded to me after being in the queue for an hour and a half. My issue was resolved after trying again the next day (shout out to Lina) but it did require a lot of my time.
