Shipping usually takes up to 25 days to reveive the goods.
Why I haven’t receive any updates of my order?
First of all, you should check your SPAM folder. Our emails sometimes fall in this folder. Also, shipping time does not include handling time which is about 5-7 days. This handling time needs to be added to the shipping time.

What does “UA” stand for?
UA” stands for “Unauthorized Authentic”. The whole concept of UA (unauthorized authentic) is that a single factory would produce a few thousand of the product and the factory is in charge of the entire process, A-Z of producing the product. For example if Nike were to place an order of 10,000 items, majority of the time the factory would overproduce and come out with something like 15,000 items. The extra numbers are there because some items may not make it pass the Quality Control process. Once Nike has inspected them and approved 10,000 items the factories are then required to burn the rest. Of course, this doesn’t happen lol so the factory would sell it to company like us so you guys can benefit from the low price as well 🙂 That’s why its called ‘’unauthorized’’ authentic.
Is this fake product?
There are mixed opinions the answer to this question. But, we can assure you that these are not like your typical replicas products. Replicas are made in an entirely different part of China with different materials and lower quality control. Some people call UA “fake” because they were not officialy released by the company. Some people say they are real because they are the same shoes with the same materials made in the same factories. It is up to YOU to decide.
Why are the prices on your site so much lower than what resellers charge for the same shoes?
We are honest about what we are selling. Many eBay, Instagram, Kixify, and Facebook sellers are selling these UA as official Nike products everyday and nobody knows the difference. We want you to know what your are getting. UA account for almost half the Jordan Brand shoes on eBay right now. Sellers are selling these products for huge profits at the expense of unsuspecting buyers. UA items are very similar to the official products–they’re may be instances of excessive glue, wrong stiching, wrong boxes etc… We want to be upfront and honest about the product we are connecting you to and if you don’t think this is for you do us both a favor and shop elsewhere so we can avoid future issues.

- After inspection, we will ship your order directly to your door.
- You’ll be notified by email with a tracking number so you can track your order with Canada Post.
