Shopping Service

SNKRBURGER provides global users international shopping agent service via internet by using its own information and service platform. SNKRBURGER will buy goods under the customer name provided in order bill. Items information the site provided, we will try our best to match the items description and patterns between the sales items and the one posted online. However, due to the fact that the items are unauthorized authentic it might affect the outcome. Clients accept that the product can differ from original product and might have flaws like stain, glue, wrong size tag, different box, slight color change, missing accessories etc.


At SNKRBURGER, we strive to provide the best possible shipping experience for our valued customers. Our Standard shipping typically takes 14-25 business days from the date of the invoice. However, please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues or customs procedures.

While we do our utmost to expedite your parcels promptly, we want to emphasize that we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers. Rest assured, we’re here to assist you every step of the way should you encounter any issues with your delivery. All sales are final and only exchange will be allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery if items has major damages. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Store credit can be applied under some circumstances to compensate for damages. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]  or via social media. You’ll be sent the instructions to send the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected]

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Delivery of orders is done primarily through Canada Post for Canadians customers and USPS for Americans customers. In certain circumstances, delivery of orders may also be made through courier and delivery companies recognized in Canada (i.e. Fedex, etc.).

All orders are shipped according to the option you chose and to the address you provided, which shall be accurate. An email is sent after each purchase to confirm your order and address. If you see an error or you wish to make any changes, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected] and we will gladly apply the changes you request. We will invoice you the actual shipping costs, even if the order was initially deemed to be free of shipping costs, in cases where the delivery could not be completed by reason of inaccuracy in the address provided in your order causing a second delivery of the purchased item(s).

Please note that shipping is limited to Canada, USA & France. Certain restrictions or conditions may apply in certain provinces or territories. Without limitation, no order will be shipped in Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
